Job description
As a Junior Auditor - Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for conducting audits and mystery visits to companies in the mobility sector. You will report your findings and support colleagues in project management activities. No audit experience? No problem! We offer both internal and external training opportunities, including a pathway to certification as Lead Auditor.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and conducting audits
• Providing administrative support of projects
• Making phone appointments

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking (equivalent to HBO in the Netherlands)
• Excellent proficiency of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
• Reasonable proficiency of English and German
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
