How does coaching on the job work?

Bureau Via will first visit your company. By looking at your processes in the area of customer contact and administration through a customer lens, we will reveal the areas for improvement. After the visit, we will train your employee(s) in the areas where this is necessary. The result: satisfied customers and clear administration.

The working method of Bureau Via:

  • What does the ideal customer contact look like? We process this in an assessment list
  • During a mystery shop visit we assess the implementation based on the list
  • During this visit, an employee of Bureau Via pretends to be a customer
  • Immediately after the visit, the results are discussed with the employee concerned
  • Advice and training are provided where necessary
  • You will receive direct feedback based on your desired customer treatment and data recording
